Amara Raja Q1 Results: Net profit falls 34%; revenue rises 4%
Amara Raja reported its first quarter earnings on Thursday, August 14. It reported a net profit of ₹165 crore, which was 34% lower than last year’s ₹249 crore.

It reported a revenue of ₹3,401 crore. This was 4.2% higher than the previous year’s ₹3,263 crore.

The company’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) were also down 17% from last year’s ₹437 crore to ₹363 crore in the June quarter this year.

Its margin came in at 11% as against 13.4% in the June quarter last year.

Following the earnings announcement, shares of Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Ltd. are trading 0.69% lower at ₹951.35. The stock has declined over 20% so far in 2025.
