This decision was made after the company’s Board of Directors held a meeting today, August 23, 2025.
In the statement, the company also announced the appointment of others, including the appointment of Devki Nandan Sharma as an Additional Director and Whole-Time Director of the Company, the appointment of J Nagarajan as Chief Financial Officer, and Debabrat Mishra as Senior Management Personnel.
